Accessibility Statement

How LCC Light Cleaning & Pest Control Inc. supports access to its public website, digital services and assistance channels.

Accessibility Statement

LCC Light Cleaning & Pest Control Inc. is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for customers, applicants, employees and other website users. Effective August 30, 2026; last updated August 30, 2026.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

LCC Light Cleaning & Pest Control Inc. ("LCC", "we", "us" or "our") considers accessibility as its website and digital services are maintained and improved. We aim to make public information and request processes usable by people with diverse abilities, technologies and ways of interacting. This Statement describes current features and assistance options; it does not claim certification, perfect compatibility or complete conformance with every accessibility standard.

2. Accessibility of Our Website and Digital Services

The LCC public website provides information about cleaning services, contact and quote requests, booking requests, Careers and recruitment, and LCC's legal information. Restricted employee and Workforce services may use separate authorized interfaces. Accessibility can depend on the page, device, browser, assistive technology and third-party service involved.

3. Accessibility Features

The current public website uses page titles, an English-language declaration, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive links and buttons, labelled form controls, alternative text for informative images, and hidden treatment for decorative graphics where appropriate. These features are intended to support navigation and interpretation by browsers and assistive technologies.

4. Keyboard Navigation

Public navigation, links, buttons and standard form controls are designed for keyboard operation. The main website includes a skip-to-content link and visible focus styling. Interactive components use keyboard-aware controls, and supported overlays include keyboard focus management and Escape-key dismissal. Keyboard behaviour may vary where a browser, operating system or third-party component supplies part of the interaction.

5. Forms and Interactive Content

Contact, quote, booking and Careers forms use visible labels or instructions, identify required information, and provide validation or status messages for supported interactions. Errors are not intended to depend on colour alone. Human-verification and other security features may be supplied by a third party. If a form cannot be completed, use the LCC contact page to request assistance without including passwords, verification codes, government identification, medical details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Visual Presentation and Responsive Design

The website uses responsive layouts intended to reflow across desktop and mobile viewports. Text and controls are designed to remain readable at common browser zoom and text-size settings, although appearance can vary with device settings, browser extensions and user styles. Colour, spacing and focus treatments are reviewed as the website evolves.

7. Motion and Animation

The website includes limited transitions and visual motion. Styles are provided to reduce or remove supported animation and smooth movement when a device or browser communicates a reduced-motion preference. Some browser-native or third-party activity may not be controlled directly by LCC.

8. Assistive Technologies

LCC uses semantic HTML and accessible names intended to work with current browsers and common assistive technologies. Compatibility is not identical across every combination of screen reader, browser, operating system, device or personal configuration, and LCC does not claim perfect screen-reader compatibility.

9. Alternative Formats and Assistance

If website information is difficult to access or another format or method of assistance is needed, contact LCC through the verified public contact page. LCC will review the request and work with the person to determine an appropriate way to provide assistance, subject to applicable requirements and the circumstances. Please describe the information or task involved and the preferred way to receive assistance, but do not submit unnecessary medical information or other sensitive personal information through an ordinary public form.

10. Accessibility Feedback

Accessibility barriers, difficulty using a form, problems reaching information, and requests for assistance or an alternative format may be reported through the LCC contact page. Helpful details can include the page or feature involved, what occurred, the browser or device used and a preferred contact method. LCC will review accessibility feedback and use it to inform appropriate support or improvements.

11. Known Limitations

No website can be guaranteed to work without difficulty for every person, technology or configuration. Compatibility may vary with older browsers, customized settings, third-party content, human-verification services and unusual device or assistive-technology combinations. LCC is not currently publishing a claim of WCAG certification, AODA certification or complete accessibility compliance. If a specific barrier is identified, please report it so LCC can assess the issue and an appropriate response.

12. Third-Party Content and Services

Some links, human-verification tools, embedded functions or other services may be provided by independent organizations. Their accessibility characteristics and updates may be outside LCC's direct control. This does not remove LCC's responsibility to address accessibility issues in content and functionality that LCC controls.

13. Ongoing Improvement

LCC intends to continue reviewing and improving the accessibility and usability of its digital services as content, technology and operating processes evolve. Reviews may include automated checks, keyboard and responsive testing, form and semantic-structure checks, and consideration of feedback from people using the website.

14. Contacting LCC About Accessibility

The public contact page at https://lcccanada.com/contact is the primary channel for accessibility feedback, assistance and alternative-format requests. Choose the most relevant contact option and explain the accessibility need in practical terms. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, government identification, payment-card details, medical records or other secrets through an ordinary public channel.
