These proposed terms govern use of the LCC website. They are incomplete and require management and qualified Ontario legal review before launch.
Website information
The website provides general information about cleaning services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. It does not advertise pest-control service and does not provide a public price or binding service offer.
Quotes and bookings
A submitted form is a request for review only. It does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve a time or confirm a price. A written quote is valid for 14 calendar days unless that quote states otherwise. A quote is not a final agreement or confirmed booking.
Customers should give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No cancellation fee is currently published, and exceptional circumstances remain subject to review.
Payment and service concerns
Residential customers pay after approved work is completed unless different written terms are agreed beforehand. Approved commercial clients may receive invoices due within 15 calendar days. Credit terms are not offered automatically, and accepted payment methods have not been approved for publication.
Service concerns should be reported through the public contact form within 24 hours after completion. LCC will review the concern and may, where appropriate, offer a reasonable corrective cleaning visit. No refund, reimbursement or corrective visit is guaranteed before inspection and review.
Access and customer responsibilities
Keys, entry codes and access instructions may be used only for the authorized service and must not be retained, copied or reused without permission. Customers must secure pets safely and should secure valuables and identify fragile or sensitive property before cleaning begins.
Damage, safety incidents and property concerns must be reported promptly. LCC will document and investigate each report. No payment, replacement, insurance coverage or admission of liability is promised before review.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, submit unlawful material or impersonate another person.
External services and availability
The website may rely on third-party security and infrastructure services. Availability is not guaranteed. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
Liability and governing law
Any limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, indemnity, dispute process and Ontario governing-law language must be settled by qualified counsel before these terms are relied upon.
