Current scope
LCC currently offers cleaning services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Pest-control services, public Careers applications, automated pricing and public email delivery are unavailable.
Information we may collect
When enabled, contact, quote and booking forms may collect a name, contact details, property and service information, preferred scheduling details and the message a person chooses to provide. Account services may process authentication, security and session information. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the request.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, assess a cleaning request, administer an account, protect the website, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Any marketing use requires a separate choice and further legal review.
Service providers and processing
LCC may use website hosting, security, database, file-storage and email providers. Some providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada. Provider locations, contractual safeguards and the final cross-border notice require review before launch.
Retention and safeguards
Records should be kept only as long as needed for an approved business or legal purpose. Exact retention periods have not been approved. Access controls, encryption and deletion procedures must be confirmed before launch.
Access, correction and deletion
Requests to access, correct or delete personal information may be made through the public contact form. Identity may need to be verified. Legal exceptions may apply.
Questions and changes
The public contact form is the primary contact method. Privacy questions may also be sent to info@lcclightcleaning.com. Responsible reports about website security, suspicious messages or possible account abuse may be sent to security@lcclightcleaning.com, an alias that routes to Customer support rather than an independent mailbox. Do not send passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, government identification, payment-card details or other secrets. This draft may change after management and qualified legal review.
