Cookie and Analytics Notice
This notice explains the cookies, browser storage and aggregate measurement currently used by LCC. Effective and last updated September 7, 2026.
1. Necessary Security and Sessions
LCC and its providers use cookies or comparable technologies where needed for authentication sessions, authorization, Cloudflare security and Access controls, CSRF protection, form integrity, rate limiting, abuse prevention and requested functions. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. Blocking these technologies may prevent protected accounts or forms from working.
2. Theme Preference
The public website stores a local browser preference named lcc-theme to restore a chosen light or dark display. It is not used for advertising and can be removed with browser storage controls.
3. Cloudflare Aggregate Analytics
LCC uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare edge traffic analytics to understand aggregate website use, performance, requests and visits. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not track individual users across customers and does not use cookies or localStorage for its usage metrics. Edge request counts include technical resources and are not unique people or page views.
4. Business Insights
LCC uses aggregate, non-PII server-side events for accepted Cleaning and Pest Control inquiries, quote, contact and booking requests, and broad rejection categories. These events do not contain customer messages, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or street addresses. Access to the management dashboard is restricted.
5. Technologies Not in Use
LCC does not currently use GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising cookies, behavioural-advertising tracking or remarketing tracking. If practices materially change, LCC will update its notice and implement any required consent choice before activation.
6. Choices
Browser controls may delete or block cookies and local storage. Privacy tools may block the Web Analytics beacon, while aggregate Cloudflare edge measurements may still count requests received. Disabling necessary security or session technologies may stop forms or protected services. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
