Applicant information
LCC may collect applicant contact details, work history, qualifications, availability, references, electronic declarations and documents voluntarily submitted for an identified role.
Purposes and access
Applicant information is used to administer recruitment, assess suitability, communicate about an application and meet approved legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized recruitment roles.
Retention and deletion
Applicant records are retained only as long as needed for an approved business or legal purpose. Access, correction and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
